Our multi-discipline UK factory now covers 14,000ft2 in Somerset and employs over 70 staff producing prototypes, small batch runs and mass production. We offer sound technical advice and economically viable solutions for battery pack design and production. Beginning with design review, we assemble prototypes, produce small volume trials and move full volume production, all in the UK, with documented work instructions.
Using our wealth of experience with lean manufacturing and 5S techniques, ensures that you get good product, when you need it, at a competitive price and locally within the UK.

Our quality management system runs alongside your battery pack from start to finish where our prime concern is delivering your product right first time and on time. From design and sample build through set-up and production to testing, packing, dispatch and beyond, our quality inspection team provides confidence and guarantees reliability.
We regularly customise our battery inspection and testing regime for customers, from performing drop tests or computer controlled battery analysis, to elevated temperature capacity testing, statistical analysis of weld parameters and load testing high-power primary cells.

Our packs have been used for commercial aerospace, property alarm systems, consumer electronics, data logging, geophysics, powered PPE, underwater acoustics and oilfield analysis equipment.
We are experienced in building battery packs using all major primary ans secondary battery types including lithium ion, lithium polymer, nickel metal hydride, nickel cadmium, alkaline, lead acid, lithium thionyl chloride andlithium manganese.
